I was only replying as we do hosting in Amsterdam we have no legal issues about the more extreme and bizzare content, we do not ignore DMCA violations or stuff like that

I am sure there are many hosts who already left an email or icq message instead of posting in public. As said we would review the case first.

What makes you think the Netherlands host all kinds of illegal shit, you want me to sum up some of the biggest spyware, credit card fraud, spammers and other e-idiots are hosting? US is number 1 in that list I can tell you that.

Then obviously you were only in here to spam your hosting instead of reading exactly what the user wanted...

all the torrent and warez sites i know of host in NL.
all these NL hosts are also pretty much backing these sites because they are giving them pricing that they wouldn't be able to find else where, and its done specifically for those customers. if it wasn't for the trashy NL companies hosting all the illegal shit (LeaseWeb, XS, and i forget the other names) there would be so much less of it as they couldn't afford "real world" pricing; instead of the "charity" pricing LeaseWeb and others give out to get the illegal bandwidth.
