Do any cam sites out there not require the model to send in their id or require any sort of verification? Basically, you sign up and within minutes your cam is up and you can potentially make money?

if i remember right, when doing some research long ago - i think livejasmin or imlive approved accounts immediately

Live jasmin requires a scanner so I assume its for your id.

Yeah livejasmin takes about three hours... provided proper id, cam installed, etc. Seems kinda fishy not providing a valid id, don't you think? Contact them and see if they can approve your id faster. :pimp
