new content provider seeking advice

Hi. I am a professional photographer with a small amount of 2257-ready content in the can.

I also have some other stuff that is released, but without the detail of a 2257 release and no image of photo ID. One model is a small-time porn actress, a few others were escorts and none of these could be confused with underage.

I have seen the buy/sell forum and following the example of others selling content, can probably get one 2257 ready bunch of sets ready to post there in the next day or two.

Should I bother to offer the other content?

I also have other models that I can shoot, but would at least want a verbal commitment before taking the time to shoot. Consider it a semi-custom content opportunity. The bonus is you would get the chance to approve/nix models and provide suggestions for what you would like to see.

I've been told that my quality is above average and actually been criticized for shooting quality instead of quantity.

I assume it's best to offer content in a semi-exclusive basis... like a limit of five sales. Any other advice you guys can provide would be great.

Oh yeah... samples... apparently I can't post any until I've had 30 or more posts on the forum.

Happy New Year!

email me, we can sell it non-exclusive for you

Jack, look for an email.

I would also like info on how to best present the content to you guys on here.

Thanks,

That totally depends on how you feel about a minimum 5 year prison sentence.

Yep...
Some dont seem to mind.

boudoir 01-02-2009 10:48 AM

Prison is not on my to do list. I'll just stick with the cleared stuff.

Since I can't yet post samples or links here, please feel free to send me an email for a link to a 2257 gallery.

I don't believe I've ever seen a 2257 gallery....Whatever that is.

How about a link to an attorney who can assist you though?

Thanks. His redlined, two-column comparison is quite a good resource. So far I have not produced anything containing "an actual human being engaged in actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct..." so at least under the old rules, full 2257 compliance is not required... smart to maintain documentation, but not required.

We'll all have to determine what "lascivious exhibition of the genitals or pubic area" means. I do have a bit of stuff that might cross that line... or it might be art.

Non 2257 content can be sold to clients in any country that does not have those regulations.

boudoir 01-03-2009 12:24 PM

I went ten years without shooting professionally. Most of my non-compliant content was created several years ago while retraining from video to still. I'll deal with it not having monetary value and just use it as sample work.

That issues was discussed a number of years ago. As far as people in this business are concerned, no docs = no good with nude images/vids.

boudoir 01-05-2009 10:23 AM

I assure you docs are now in order... I was just hoping to unload some images from years ago. Don't worry, I've been slapped down enough to not ask again.

Gotta go find somewhere to scan some releases to PDF... or do you guys prefer jpg scans?

boudoir 01-12-2009 04:16 PM

Finally got ahold of a scanner for release and am prepping my first sets for sale. Here's a quick glance.

Next question ... when you license content to a buyer, do you limit to a single site or can that buyer use the content on multiple sites (assuming that buyer has multiple sites)?

boudoir 01-22-2009 12:58 PM

Thanks to the inquiries I have received by email. My first sets are just about ready to go... just waiting for a license review by my attorney. You can preview here:

The other previous work is released, but without ID, so the images are only available for stock use.
