PHP gurus...I need an app...

Quote me via email (include delivery time).

Need an application to track sales associates on the road, and haven't seen anything simple like I need. I want portable PHP/mysql application that allows a broker to log in and block out their time (where they are going to be during the day) like a simple calendar for multiple offices, each having multiple brokers. basic need is that my office and my branch offices can track where their salespeople are on a daily basis.

-Each office administrator can log in and see where his/her brokers are that day (or any day for that matter) only a dialy view is necissary.
-Master admin can see everyone
-Broker can log in and see thier own schedule
-When log in as a specific office, page would show list of brokers with tasks for that day:
Bob.............[1pm meeting]...[3pm prospecting]..[4pm in office]
Gary.............................................. .........................[none]
Fred....[9am Meeting][11am meeting]......[2pm in office]..........

Etc. Etc.

-of course main admin needs ability to set up offices & admins, and the admins need to enter and delete brokers. Simple-Simple.

make sense?

Every calendar app I see is set up for one person, or is set up for a software development firm with project management features, monthly, yearly views, Contact management, many features and layers, all not needed. Sales agents just won't use something they have to learn how to use.

I just need my managers to see where their brokers are and if they are putting in the time. I have 20 offices with a total of almost 200 brokers and we need to track who is making appointments and who is not.

If you know of an existing app, I'm all ears. Quote me.

Backpack may do what you need. I use other products from the same company and they work well.
