I was just thinking the same thing.

$300 is not bad for something that was most likely built from scratch and is non exclusive.

90% of premium wordpress themes are rebranded freebies. Buyer beware.

You get what you pay for though...I wouldn't touch an exclusive design/code job for less then $3k.
