No shit, but who the hell lets that through on the ticker? It's not like the messages go straight to the screen when sent in. Someone transcribes them.

If you have ever flipped on closed caption before seeing the words "magic negro" is of no surprise at all. I would guess they use either the same level or even a lessor level of people to do that typing and really it is pretty fucking bad. Especially for live broadcasts, let alone pre recorded shit.

Fox news should be able to say anything or scroll anything they want. Just like every other news station.

i love catching shit like that on TV or radio - yesterday I was listening to the radio and it suddenly switched from sports programming to these Forbes business news short features but they were in raw unedited format, somebody near a microphone in the studio while they were being recorded obviously had a milkshake or some beverage with a straw and was sucking on it trying to get the last bits - you could hear it really loudly over and over.

A pitiful display like that on Fox doesn't surprise me. Its a scumbag organization at the best of times.
