If you want the original DV AVI so you can convert WMV, MPG, QT, we can do that. The DivX converted, and watermarked clips will be sent to you on an ext HD so you can upload them to your clip stores immediately, and get rolling with your updates.

If you have the $5000.00 (1 yr of content, 3 updates a week, 120 clips) and are ready to make a serious commitment to making it in the business. Give me a shout. If you would like an additional year's worth of material. Add $2500.00 (i.e. 2 Years of content, 3 updates a week, 240 clips, $7500.00).

This is how it works. Steps for you (since I seem to answer these over and over in e-mail)

1. You have cash money. Make payment.
2. You sign license agreement, and fax that back to me.
3. You get a server if you do not have one already. While I would recommend dedicated, you do not need that ness. right out of the gate. I use PHATSERVERS.
4. Once that is done. For the next 30-60 days, I will be getting your CMS installed, content uploaded, site configured, and so forth.
5. You will need to work on any graphics, or design work with a designer.
6. Any mods to SD we will get done with the pros I know who can set that up for you.
7. Over that 30-60 days, you will also work on your approval for CCB, and Verotel.
8. Set up your clip store(s), and learn how to use it.

I'll be helping you get rolling out of the gate. Keep in mind. This is an offer for someone who is going to put in the hours, and is committed to making it in this business. If you have some link building and traffic experience. That will be helpful.

So there is plenty of variety to go around. I pick the material licensed to mix up the girls, and get you some variety in types of scenes, and girls used. So it keeps it fresh for you whether just stocking foot fetish, or a mix.

I keep getting asked the same questions in e-mail about this, and the other, offer on the board. I am going to C&P the questions and answers. Just so I address them, and it helps answer some of the same things being asked.

I think it speeds up the process, and helps others know if it is for them or not. I will modify their e-mails a bit to make them a little easier to follow in the post.


I'm interested in some of these deals that you're offering. However, I am new to this area of adult websites. On the celebrity websites how hard is it too get content?

First up,celebrity. Nope. Not hard at all. It's everywhere. You just have to spend the time collecting, and uploading. 1-2 hours a day.


And on the celebrity site do you help walk someone like me through all of the process of not only getting traffic, content, but also how to update the site?

Yes. First 6 months myself, and my assistants, will collect and update your site. Get the sites set up. Generate traffic and sales up to $1500.00. Help show you the ropes so you can learn to do it yourself.


And on the fetish site some of the same questions above. Do you have any other type of sites that you are doing or willing to do?

I mainly know foot fetish and tickling, and can easily license that to you. If you want to license other types of content. You are more than willing to do so. I can't speak to how well it is, or will, sell. I know my formula's and ratios for clips store, website, Content Management System and sales.

If I could get someone to help me through the whole process in regards to a site like a regular pay site with different types of content etc. I would be willing to split the profits with them for the first 6-12 months.

What you are asking is basically me helping/babysitting you for the 6-12 months in a niche I do not necessarily know. While I could help you with the basics, you are asking me basically to consult for an extended period, and help generate sales as I would be directly tied to the site.

This is something I would not normally do, especially when it comes to niches or markets I am unfamiliar with. I offer guarantees on sites I KNOW. So you would have to pay for consulting, and help. I would not want to be tied to a back end deal.

On the foot fetish pay site offer, can I make my money back in 9-12 months?

Yes you 'could'. But a lot of that will depend on you. You are going to be working on marketing your pay site, and also updating numerous clip stores. Clips4sale, Clips.com, ClipClinic, YouYouGirls, etc. So you are not just relying on pay site revenue.

You have many different options, and you will have the clips, already watermarked, on an ext HD. You upload them, and you're off on the various stores. Do a clip a day.

Plus your content is already updated in your site to go for a year. So you do not even had to DO the updates. You just have to market, and promote, and do your clip stores. Pretty easy.

Can I get more content from you if I need when the year runs out?

Yes. If you need more, we can sell you more.

Can you shoot me exclusive if I need it, or want it later?

Yes. We can. Keep in mind, exclusive costs more. So budget accordingly.

You are only doing one of these a month?
I simply can't do more than one a month. I have to encode videos, watermark and upload them, and get them into your site. Then I have to do the updates, and my guys have to come in and customize your CMS for the site.

It is a lot of coordination to get you up and rolling.

Are there any skills you think I should have that would make me more, or less, successful?

I would recommend some light photo editing, video editing, and HTML. Mainly for submitting galleries to TGP's or editing things for promotional stuff.

You said you may not be doing this in a few months? What if I can't get the money until then?

I go to some of the industry trade shows, plus in the summer I would rather be golfing and jetskiing then working 12 hours a day putting sites together. So yeah, it is something I do in the cabin fever Michigan winter's to kill time and make some extra money. Not really something I want to do when weather is nice.

Do I need a dedicated server, or can I get by on virtual?
I have dedicated, but for a long time, I was on a virtual hosting. Not that 9.95 a month or year crap. But semi-dedi where you are like 1 of 4 or 1 of 6.

Who do you use for your host?

What is Chameleon?
Chameleon Submitter (http://chameleonsubmitter.com/) is a tool used to submit TGP galleries up to 900-1200 TGP sites to help generate some traffic. It costs $24.95 a month.
