Online like Omaha (they dont have it) or similar or stores in Los Angeles area... ???

I get that every so often from the place I order king crab from. Well it is more like a summer sausage and not the kind you fry and eat.

Super - a couple of alternatives there. Ill check the legality of what products they are selling before I buy. Dont want to buy from any companies selling meat that are protected.

Caribou is an amazing meat... I can get tons of it here as I have a few friends who go hunting up north every year.

It is amazing. I grew up (Norway) having it a couple times a year. Living in LA makes it a tad harder to get and I miss it dearly. Maybe I should just take a trip and see you for a nice dinner :winkwink:
