Is 50/50 to much to split with a solo girl I'm doing a site with or is that standard?

how hot is she and do you get "Fringe" benefits?

is she paying you for everything else?

Standard or what should be standard is that you pay her a set rate and you keep 100% of site.

50/50 split can lead to a shitload of problems. Aside from the whole is that split before or after costs, does she split the other overhead like servers and scripts? Or is it just she models, you do everything else and yet she gets half?
Plus remember when (not if) she flakes, she owns half. Which could lead to other issues, like what if she wants it taken down and does not want to sell out her half?

50/50 of what? before or after paying stuff? webmasters? billing? hosting?

Contracts are your friend

It would be 50/50 split of the profit at the end of each month. You guys are right about her flaking though so maybe I should make it 51/49 so if she ever wants to stop updating she can but I will be in control and leave the site up.

It is not as simple as percentage ownerships. You need solid written agreements that state what everything is, who is reponsible for what, what happens whe she quits, what happens when you give up, blah blah.

By the way have we even seen any pictures of this chick yet? Nude, teasing, bean flicking and toys, or girl girl and boys?

You need a powerful contract to make sure she's not gonna ruin all the work that was put into it if she has a change of heart (often happens when bitches hook up with new boyfriends).

giving a girl 50% of a site is way to much... 20% tops... after everything is paid... then she gets her's.. if I were you id pay her xxx amount per day for xxx amount of weeks straight then let her do webcam for extra dough on her site

Why in the hell would you make her a part owner? You can pay someone a % without making them part of the company.

Have noticed some people also try to make their contracts to overzealous with clauses that would be non enforceable in most states. Which really can render the contract useless.

I'll own everything she will just be a partner. Also I think 60/40 will be a bit more fair since I will be doing all the hard work, she will just have to show up for shoots.
