If you scroll to the very bottom of the site, you can see several hardlinks to other tube sites just like it. So it looks like the webmasters has several tube scripts networked together.

I'm looking to start up a tube site and I've seen this script before, anyone know what it is?

Don't know what tube script it is but those are more than likely just hard links manually added to the footer
