well below it says NO CP / HP so who knows. The word "Young" could mean 18-19, still seems kinda risky terminology though.

Its a new board, little posts and probably by USA regulations allowed content. Out of experiance nobody is going to do something against it. Has something to do with free speech, not that I can understand why a nude pic of 4 years old can be part of that.

Since it says "no cp", it probably contains non-nude stuff. And since non-nude stuff can still be illegal, I'm going to have to guess that yeah, it's an illegal board... or at least one that walks the fence between legal and illegal.

So yeah, report it, just to make sure.

Don't know if it will really cut down on CP, probably not, but it will cut down on really bad photography and the people who feel compelled to show their kids to everyone they meet. :disgust :2 cents:
