Blocked by hotmail? :(
 

Hi all,

Were have just started experiencing a problem in which hotmail is blocking our member verification emails. Does anyone have a contact person in hotmail or a solution on how to get on their whitelist quickly?

We have taken steps and temporarily allowed unverified access to our sites but we would like to get this problem resolved as fast as possible.

Are their any list providers or email sites that could give advice?

Did the mails get through before?
Is the domain you are sending the mails from the same as the site?

Yes, we have been sending our member email verifications for over 3 years and were just suddenly blocked :(

Before we take larger measures, I am just wondering if someone had this happen and has a quick way of dealing with it
