Stones over the Beatles!
 

Am I the only one that thinks that?

It's like comparing The Who against Zeppelin. Too different and unique, both good in their own way. Stones have a grittier edgier rock sound that I typically prefer.

Well put. I like them both for entirely different reasons.

It depends on your frame of mind. There are times where the Stones fit the bill, other times it's chill out with The Beatles. Same goes for The Who and Zeppelin. Apples and oranges, but they both taste oh so sweet none the less :thumbsup

Yes of course. Painted Black and Ruby Tuesday alone are better than any Beatles song ever written ever.

Stones are good, but don't even come close to The Beatles.

The Beatles were innovators the Stones are great but not really innovators on the level the beatles were.

No, i think the same way, use to have all the Stones records, gave them away though...

Beatles are a lot better in innovation.
Stones still making the same since their first days..
