My Pre-Bedtime Multi Vitamin Formula
1 fish oil capsule 1000 mg
3 creatine capsules 2 capsules of a chinese herb called He Sho Wu which will help stop premature greying 1 vitamin C capsule 1000 mg 1 Melatonin capsule 3 mcg.. I'm about to sleep very well with a vivid dream, plus build up my semen volume....Then I'll get up in the morning, take my other vitamins/minerals/amino acids and hit the gym... If I can't bust a good nut, I don't eat.....No Home, No Cable, no vaporizer filled with herb.... Time to take my medicine. |

plus zinc is not so good to over dose on. it becomes toxic. and since u r taking a multi-v and a few other pills plus ur regular food intake, ur getting plenty of zinc. i would consult with your doctor if u really need so much zinc... just be careful bro...

How about a heatlhy diet instead of popping all the pills? If you eat well you do not have to take any extra vitamins and you get them naturally.

Substitute another dose of L-Arginine in place of creatine before bed. You don't need creatine before bed. L-Arginine on the other hand is good to take before bed, when waking, and before a work out.

If you have some time, you should read this article (5 pages) about this guy who takes 80 to 210 vitamin and mineral supplements a day. He believes within the next 30 years, we'll have such advancement in AI and bio-technology that living 125 years old will be the norm.
