do most of you have your own lawyers that draw up your 2257 forms? if so please recommend some good attorneys.

has anyone ever purchased 2257 forms online? i have seen some reputable looking sites offering the forms but i wanted to see if anyone else has used these sites.

I didn't purchase mine. I got mine from another production company (for free :)) and simply modified it to fit my needs. You can buy them and/or have attorneys write them up for you if you want. But I'd rather do it my way (if you can find someone willing to give you a copy of their contracts.
