Any Opinions Awiz or SiteDepth
Would you recommend Awiz or Sitedepth for a CMS? Is it possible to get a cart configure to these?
|
Cart? I don't think so... but go with Elevated X.
|
Not sure why people even contemplate Awiz these days.
Do a search. |
VIST has a cart option. Have you considered it? :)
http://mansionproductions.com/vist/ We also produce MAS, if you'd like to check it out here: http://mansionproductions.com/mas/ Let me answer any questions you might have! :winkwink: Ananda |

We have a demo site of our own, but we're changing hosts right now and it is one of the things on the move. Please contact me for the examples. I'll be happy to show them and answer questions on our VIST and MAS functionality. :thumbsup ALSO: We can use VIST to sell adult content, with out modification. I asked our excellent programming staff to be sure. Ananda |
How much?

Thanks :) |
I can not recommend SiteDepth's service.
In my experience, they do not do what they say they can. Then they don't send a refund. Sure that's what courts are for, but I'm guessing most people just want the software that is promised to them, and not a bs legal experience. |
Sitedepth's support is pretty much non existent and the documentation is very thin, so you're really on your own.
Awiz has support, but it's not in English (so to speak). Also, when you ask questions on the forum or email support, they tend to respond with the page number in the manual that refers to your issue, rather than actually helping you. Their program would probably be great if they hired a native English speaker to thoroughly learn their program and then write a manual for it. I had a good experience with ElevatedX. It's more expensive obviously, but it would have been less expensive to buy Elevated X out of the gate than to buy copies of Awiz first and then Sitedepth, and waste 8 months messing with them before finally ponying up the dough for the right program, which is what I did. :2 cents: |

aWIZ support is in english and new aWIZ Manual is in the ideal english, written by US and UK natives. Referring in the answers to the Manual take place ONLY in cases when the question has been already described there and the only reason of board/support case is neglecting by User Manual reading. In any other case of real problem or issue not explained in the Manual - we provide real and fast support. |

Support is extremely fast and competent and the latest version 6 manual was written by native English speakers and is very easy to understand. |
