I want to cook some bigass steaks over a real wood fire. Haven't done that in a few years.

You know how much of a bitch it is to make homemade chorizo? Well at least the Spanish/Portuguese type. My great grandmother taught me and she used to make it all of the time and have it hanging in the garage. Yes she thought the garage rafters were for hanging sausages, meats, and stuff - could not imagine someones car needing a house. Only issue is the only recipe I know makes at least 10 lbs. at one time.
