Hong Kong has been named the world's freest economy for the 15th year in a row.

Btw, Hong Kong has Universal Health Care.

The US slid one notch to 6th place.

US never truly had a free market economy.

US business, industry, markets, etc are among the most highly regulated and controlled in the world.
