Well I'm not watching it right now, but his name came up in another thread and it made me think of this.

You can poke fun at me all you want but I watch it with my wife and when I told her this she said the same thing, that yeah it makes you feel like a kid in the principal's office.

I love what Chris Hansen is doing, nailing pervs who pray on underage kids etc....

i hate defending people like that (pedos), but law enforcement should be doing the investigation... not some "rogue" organization.

Law enforcement works with the show though. Local cops are on the scene in every episode they do. The guy just brings the issue before a much broader audience.

And therein lies the problem. Cruel and unusual punishment (public naming and shaming) is meted out without someone being allowed a fair trial. No judge or jury decides whether the punishment is deserved or not. The entertainment industry does.

And honestly, who would want the entertainment industry to take over even the slightest bit of the judicial system? :helpme
