Your Daily Diet
Are there certain things you force yourself to eat because you think it is good for you?
what is your daily schedule for your meals? I force down 2 bananas in the morning as I hate eating early lunch might be a sandwich plus crisps or some pasta in the evening some meat plus vegetables I am not much of a cook at the moment:( |

I usually have Raisin Bran for breakfast. It isn't the best for you but it's pretty good, a good amount of fiber. I like it though, I've gotten quite used to it.

I have real rough time eating early. Breakfast rarely is my thing and I have been trying to fix that lately. Started with having some toast with my morning tea. I think I will add in some yogurt next week.
I am not one of those that view food as only fuel. I really love food, enjoy making it, am picky about ingredients, and must have good flavor. |
I drink a natural herbs tea that tastes bad but makes my stomach feel great from the toxins in the food.
