Who got sick while in / after Vegas???
 

EVERY FUCKING TIME, I swear to god.

Im a healthy guy, I dont get sick all year long, but every time at AEE/Intnxt I get sick as a dog. And the odd thing is that it doesnt happen at xbiz durring the summer so it cant just be Vegas itself.

Just to many people all cramed together for 4 days straight...its like being on a plane with 500 people for 96 hrs :(

Yep. I got sick.

I was nauseous from all the smoke while there, which was compounded by my pill popping to deal with it...allergy, tylenol, acid reflux like a mother fucker... On the flight back, I realized I was coming down with something.

Especially when I had to run to catch connecting flights, literally, and was almost coughing up a lung.

I am going to be a bit of an infomercial now but....

I used to get sick all the time (ESPECIALLY after Vegas) and then I started doing a sinus rinse and never happened again...

knock on wood..'stripper sars' didnt get me this year. I loaded up on Airborne and took it easy this year.

i took vitamins in the morning and before bed everyday

I get a bloody nose and dry skin/lips every time I go to Vegas (or Grand Canyon).
Seems the desert air is very dry and causes it.
A cold I did not get in Vegas; I dressed warm all the time for I just had 3 colds in a row

I stayed healthy this year. Vitamin C daily while at shows.

I knew there was a good chance of getting sick being around all those people. A couple times I got nailed if the face by talk spit too.

This was one of the few years I didn't get sick. I just took some Vitamin C daily and made sure I stayed away from all that damned recycled air (stayed in a rental property off strip this year) so I'm sure that helped.

not sick but my skin got really dry

ive gotten sick each year when i got back except for this (knock on wood). I think it because i didnt drink as much as I have, plus i kept on my vitamins and such while i was there

If you need someone to help you rub lotion all over your body until it is nice and smooth again.. lmk ;)

I've overdosed myself with Vitamin C and some other shit I bought in pharmacy before I left.

Just got back today and feeling good.

Neither of us got sick.

I got sick :( i was sick before we left but was getting a lot better and i was fine while IN vegas but as soon as i got back i started coughing like crazy and now my throat is raw and I lost my voice. Sucks!

i'm coming down with a cold as well... I swear, it never fails - every show, no matter the location, need 3-4 days to recover after due to illness :(

Does anyone else get the Itchy Crotch from the Hotels? Lasts for about a week, then goes away. I think it's from hookers wiping their dirty vaginas on the towels from previous tenants.

I did not get sick this year, I think the alcohol protected me from the millions of germs that were floating around there.

I feel like I was there in spirit, I didn't even go and I still managed to get sick, WTF is that?

Lot's of hand shaking going on at the shows, always bring antibacterial hand gel and Airborne.

Got lucky this time, the last two times got some crud, that stuck with me for quite a while:disgust This time, I hit the washroom numerous times and washed my hands, avoided hand rails and objects that were handled by the great unwashed. It worked, feeling great, got a bit parched, but thats the desert for you:winkwink:

Still trying to get rid of it... thank god for a 3 day weekend...

Just another reason to not waste time and money going to Vegas for the fanboy show.
