I like Jillian's adjacent to the Sony Metreon building, since it has lots of pool tables and good food.
If you prefer something smaller and with more of a neighborhood pub type feel, Greens Sports Bar is pretty good.
My favorite place in the Bay Area is the "Old Pro" in Palo Alto. Great eats and drinks - have to get there early though, because it's usually packed on big game days. :thumbsup
