I hate my site what should i do
 

Ive had this domain for a little while, having a hard time getting traffic. Should i destroy and rebuild it as a non-tgp? Should i start doing my own content? I have a few chicks who would to get infront of the camera...but i have no clue on starting a paysite (i barely know what im doing at this point) Should i just sell the domain and go away? I may be a noob to some but im not a lazy freeloader looking to get rich quick. I really worked hard on this and now im out of ideas.

Make it a tube site and start rollin in the bling

im not sure if your site is set up as a promo page for VOD, but when the surfer goes to the site, they want to see CONTENT as in movies, not a link that goes to a join page. If you were the surfer, would you stick around on this page or go somewhere else where you can see free pics or movies, i.e. a TGP/MGP

IMO, id start all over with either a TGP or tube type site. show the visitor some content the try and get them to join.

I had before i switched up the images, and i noticed i really didnt convert... so i just stopped maybe it was a bad idea...

would YOU go to your site to dump a load?

that's my favorite question to adult site owners: you'd be surprised how many say "no" ? and the percentage increases for paysite owners ? the upshot being, if you can build a site that satisfies YOU then others are likely to find it worthwhile and that's a foundation

stay away from the paysite game until you figure this all out. better to tweak what you have than to throw away money on paysite ops...
