I dont disagree. I am laughing because I dont really get pissed off at peoples board persona's. I can careless about people making themselves look like fools. It doesn't effect my income.

So far two of them have been flufygirl and doridori. When you said that it made me think.

d-null 01-19-2009 09:54 PM

I don't think they are the same, I think fluffy is actually a fair bit older, and this guy is maybe barely 20 but in that range. Fluffy was never quite as rude and had more ethical sense as well I believe, in fact he/she would often stand up for honesty and ethics from time to time. Different people I'm pretty sure.

doridori 01-19-2009 10:04 PM

whats so unethical here? im doing exact same thing any other search engine does.

After Shock Media 01-19-2009 10:25 PM

search engines do not ask for people to submit their illegal sites.

principle involved, intention

search engines like google index the whole net, bad stuff gets caught up in that, but the overall intention is not to profit and promote copyright infringement within a narrowly defined industry

you are actively ignoring right and wrong with your intentions and taking it even a step further in advertising your antagonistic approach directly in front of those very people that are having their property stolen from them and being used to profit others

doridori 01-19-2009 10:36 PM

not my problem 2 hour long video gets caught up in the database. again, talk to the guys hosting the video not me.

you asked where you are an unethical person, we answered, that is all :2 cents:

doridori 01-19-2009 10:44 PM

for your information "illegal tubes" doesn't and has never existed. your all just listening yourselves talk. im tired of people talking shit. i wrote illegal tubes to get those people all emotional and fired up.

applebee 01-19-2009 10:46 PM

What is the revenue model behind FLVHunt? So far looks like none.

it has come to my attention that such video length exists. what can i do ? i can't remove it. theres no way of knowing whether that person uploading it was studio themselves or some other middleman promoting their product. only if someone approached me with DMCA and proof of ownership of those videos, then i would be required to remove it from the search results. but that video will still linger across 5 different tube sites. can you not see the problem? your all trying to fix water that is already spilled (the internet).

d-null 01-19-2009 10:47 PM

just another tip, the law doesn't always perfectly follow "right and wrong" and ethics, just because one can get away with something in the legal world doesn't make it right :2 cents:

i agree, but then again, there is no absolute borderline between "right" or "wrong" in our world. and what is more funny is people telling others whats right or wrong. its wrong for me so it must be wrong for everyone else! such is the common error.

d-null 01-19-2009 10:54 PM

you obviously think there is nothing wrong with specifically facilitating the copyright infringement of people that have worked hard and spent time and money creating content, most of us think that is wrong, so regardless of your own sleazy personal definition of whether it is right or wrong, you should at least now understand why most of us here think you are a scumbag kid with no respect :2 cents:

doridori 01-19-2009 11:06 PM

it really depends how the individual uses it. if millions of people were using google to find rapidshare links to your content, isn't that facilitating copyright infringement ? but if another group were using it to remove those content, isn't that enforcing copyright law?

true, flvhunt maybe geared towards finding porn videos, but it does exactly that, the spiders cannot tell whether the embed codes were uploaded by a paying member of a content site or if its a promotional video, it grabs things according to its own algorithm and stores it. its impossible to determine whether each video is legal or illegal uploaded given the sheer number of data collected. you keep imposing your own assumptions as fact. when you claim its illegal the burden of proof is on you.

i want you to see what you think of flvhunt when it starts indexing non pornographic tube sites. what then? all flash videos are still illegal ?

again, i grow weary of such tactics that always ends up attacking characteristics, and not on the subject.

Cool thanks for the link, makes my job even easier:thumbsup

Your TOS says:

"if you are providing access to the Service to any person who is under 13 years of age, you are such person's parent or legal guardian and you consent to the use of the Service by such person only under your direct supervision and subject to any reasonable verification required by FLVhunt, and.........."

So actually you did a copy/paste for your TOS and kids are welcome on your site aslong as they are supervised by an adult.......

Nice going asshole! It's pretty clear to me you don't have a clue what you are doing and you are probably using a script you didn't write yourself to sell links to stolen content.
