Ya should have read what Axle said about em. Certainly not as upbeat.

Buckethead is awesome but I kinda do think he lacks discipline in the ways of actually playing a song the way it should be played. He never plays the same way twice and alot of his stuff is improvised.

Doesnt mean he is bad, infact it makes him a better player than most I think.

I saw him with Les Claypool's "Bucket of Brains" band and was truly amazed. (Les, Bernie Worell, Buckethead, say no more, truly phenomenal) Fuck what those old junkies have to say about him - What would Ozzy have said if someone told him to go easy on the eye make-up and the Devil crap? And Axel? Whatever. Anyone who takes that long to make a bland record should be the last person criticizing someone like Buckethead whose musicality pours forth in buckets...

i seen him once, playing with brain one of the guys who drummed with primus. it was pretty damn good.

He plays what he wants for his own enjoyment and if other people dig it, so be it.. if not, so be it. I really respect that and appreciate his skills too.

He's got skills all right. But he doesn't have Slash's soul. you can tell by listenning to the last GNR. Oh, and it's AXL, not Axel ;)

He played with a GNR cover band at Rock and Roll heaven here in Toronto. It was a very cool show

He's alright, not in my top 10 favorites though.

he's a great player but he's pretty whacked too. very funny interviews as well.

I commend Buckethead for not selling out to Ozzy the king of selling out.

Agreed to a certain extent but BHead does have one of the more soulful sounds for someone that is such a technical master.

BTW... I think someone made a typo on page two. You might want to get right in there and check it out. :winkwink:
