Were you missing the last couple weeks? They came out saying they were in trouble thanks to the aquisition of merril lynch and need some of that bail out money now.

Don't worry though... The government will swoop in and help them no matter what anyone else thinks, just like they did for Citi.

CountryWide plus their own mess is enough to bring them down even without Merril...

True... The fucked up part is they will probably get saved under the radar like Citi did, covertly over a weekend when no one is around, which I think is total bullshit.
