NOINDEX, NOFOLLOW + link in google sitemap = ?

What happens if a page has meta noindex & nofollow but it has a WP sitemap plugin that includes it in the sitemap it submits to google?

Google crawls the page but doesn't index it and doesn't follow through to other pages since the page has a noindex and a nofollow. right?
