Ideally I am looking for someone based in the U.S. who can fly in at min. once a month maybe twice, and help do some of the shoots and workload needed for site(s). I have a couple of part time helpers, but they can't do everything.

I am looking to expand my foot fetish empire to include some more nude, and lesbian, content like I have shot here...

I tested the waters with these sets to see the return, and there is some promise. I have the girls, and network of girls, where I can shoot with some nice margins on these types of shoots (I do not shoot on a per scene basis).

I am looking for someone who a bit more lesbian, adult, nude background who can bring something to the table in guidance on more of this stuff. I am mainly personally, and professionally, interested in non-nude foot worship. Little else. I can think of plenty of other niche, and fetish spin offs to test the waters on but frankly I am at capacity and need some help.

Frankly, you must be both skills and money to the table.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge, or experience, in some of the following areas

1. Direct adult industry experience. This does not mean you are a board posting whore.
2. Solid affiliate or program experience. I am thinking of an invite only network for sites, cam, etc.
3. Solid traffic generation, blog, site building experience.
4. Willing to help on shoots, and ability to drive or fly to Michigan a couple times a month.
5. Money to invest in new fetish company and sites.

What I bring to the table

-11 years in the online marketplace. Celebrity, Feet, Tickling, etc
-Solid fetish sites and experience
-Clip stores, and experience
-Models. Lots of them. Ready to work. Per shoot, not per scene. Awesome margins on return.
- Content selling experience, and revenue.
-Multiple sources of revenue.
-Fetish Ad Network
-Solid industry, and fetish knowledge, plus trusted sales base.

I am looking for a joint venture with the new content, sites, and revenue streams. We can keep our existing ventures separate for the time being. Depending on how things go, we could consider merging later. But for the time being, I am more comfortable keeping my current revenue streams separate.

Now why would I do this? Allow someone into my kitchen, literally, and share in the wealth? Easy. I am truly at capacity for my skill sets. I could expand, but need more help doing it and hiring helpers to do what I need, who are not invested long term, simply does not work. Much like coders who are one shot wonders.

Plus, I can't say I know, or relate, to all facets of this industry when it comes to nude. I could shoot single girl, and nude solo girl stuff all day long. If,... I understood it, or it interested me. I have girls who will do nude, and lesbian stuff. Again, if I understood it more, and could shoot it accordingly. I have girls that can do webcam, again, if I had infrastructure built up to do it, and could market it accordingly.

I am missing that catalyst to bigger dollars, and I only have so much time in a day. I have plenty to bring to the table, and I am not going to just let anyone walk into the ideal situation. I could just do a partnership on shooting the lesbian foot photo shoots, and make a mint on the margins, and licensing alone. But I am looking to the future, and the next generation of things I want to do.

Yep, I completely understand.

For me, I honestly think the only way I can fully trust an online partnership of this magnitude is if they/we meet up at least once or twice a month. Shoot content, and sit down to discuss what is needed on various pieces of the puzzle.

For example, I know ShoeBitch and his programmer Dave do this. Except, Dave flies down to ShoeBitch every week, and for 2-3 days they work on their collaborations, and then he flies back to MN. This would be nice, but would require a lot of money for overhead on travel.

Over time, it could develop into something more like that, or money for someone to move. But in the short term, while building up the collaboration, and trust. I think face to face keeps things in perspective, and making sure that business is working right. No shady bullshit, and so on.

I am looking for a personal, and professional, investment. I have most of the pieces of the puzzle as is. But there is just soooo much more money to be made.

I have always found it better to work with others which may not work for everyone but it does for me. Helps with the creative process and well things I can not do.

It is a great op for someone. Hell the travel expenses should not even be that great. If you can put them up when they are there if it is OK with them and you that would help a lot too.

Yeah, over time I am sure you can find some sweet deals to cut travel costs.

I have a 4 BR house now. So plenty of room for them to crash. I have one BR for office in basement, and working on making the small BR upstairs a 2nd office/cam/chat space for the girls to use.

I simply think doing something like this helps me on the production end, getting stills, and other shit needed. Plus bumping up the production side of things. As well, maximizing other revenue streams, and keeping it personal and bringing in the skill sets, and interests, I do not have to further capitalize on my position.

I completely understand where you are coming from on that regard. I have went back and forth on this issue many times. I do some some international people at the trade shows (this last time finally met Carlos the Gaucho from Prague) but typically I do not see a lot of the personalities.

My main concerns, honestly, are having a true partner in this endevor. Not just money bags. Not just some tag along. Someone who can fill in the blanks. I am not the all knowing footsie, I am successful on things I know, and do.

That said, I have a lot of other opportunity, and even with two part timers, I am still maxed out on time and resources. So to take that next step, I can do it myself as time allows... which could be 1, 3, 5 years. At which the time window closes. Or take on some help and make it happen.

I read your post. You are asking for someone to invest in new (to you) niches, and fly out to your neck of the woods a couple of times a month, to show you how its done. I can't say for sure, but I don't think you won't get too many takers here as everyone is already pretty busy doing their own thing.

I have a better idea for you if I may.

Why not place an ad on some fan based boards looking for someone who REALLY loves the niches you are looking for, and hire them as a technical advisor instead? You can qualify them by asking them to prove they truly know and love their stuff by showing you the membership bills they have from all of the sites they have joined (and why).

Not only will you get the expert of a die-hard fan of lesbian/feet niche stuff, but you will also learn exactly WHY he loves particular pictures or websites. You will learn exactly what to shoot to gain this kind of customer.

Since you already have lots of online business experience you probably don't need an expert to tell you what to do in that area. A "Technical advisor" will cost you alot less money as you can put him on payroll instead of give up any percentage of your business to him. You save money, save legal headaches, learn alot, and give someone a "dream job" for a while...

On a side note, it's funny how some people take different things from this post and offer. The content guys see it as I am looking for a Jim Gunn type of person to come in and 'show me the ropes' which is not the case. I can shoot the stuff myself just fine. The traffic guys see it as I want someone to come in and build me a traffic empire. For some reason think either or have an assumption I have no traffic of any kind (showing me they either have no clue who I am, read the post, or know what they are talking about) and want me to have them do all the work generating traffic, and I just shoot some models. Or I want them do pay, do all the work, and I just lend them my 'name brand'. This is hilarious to me.

Some of the response, and who I get what from, is entertaining. No offense meant to the O.P. by any means.

Lastly, bringing in a 'fan' is some of the worst advise I could think of. They are not going to be business minded, and the chance to meet, and try and hook up with their favorite foot girls is just a nightmare waiting to happen. Not to mention the awe factor alone.

You are looking for a person with lots of money to invest, with really specific skills, who wants to travel to you in the middle of nowhere on a regular basis and wants to invest it in exactly what you want to do. Such an ideal person is unlikely to exist I would think! But you can probably get help in a few of these areas cheaply. It won't be moneybags or another partner, but maybe you can grow using that help? Production help is probably pretty cheap up there in MI if you find some college kids with technical skills to help production. And maybe a local webmaster with experience in affiliate marketing or blog building could help you with your program and blogs & stuff for a part time salary. If you ever want some general production and lighting tips I'd be happy to give you some pointers on lighting and filming high definition foot scenes now that I have experience with it. :winkwink:

Of course your "fan" could turn out to be a psycho... so hopefully you would choose him carefully.

I have had the chance to meet some of our best customers in person and learned a TON of things about how they found our sites, why they chose to spend money, and why they stuck around.

Anyway, I'm sure you'll succeed no matter what path you take barefootsies, but I think my idea is still valid, and easier too.
