if Roberts didn't fuck it up he wouldn't have to retake it. Maybe in 2013 Roberts will get it right. Ohnand robnerts having Obama just say H instead of Hussain for his middle name is ok. It was good enough for Biden. We get what you were trying to do.

actually at 12pm he is prez whether he took the oath or not.thats how it reads in the constution.
