No matter how much they try and spin it or dress it up, it is still using/distributing the content without the right to do so.

I dont agree

I think the solution is going after the people that download. If they dont pay, take away their Internet.
and go after the people that put money in the pockets of sites that facilitate the warez community.

People like brazzer, flashcash and AFF support those sites. FTC need to take it all the way

It is funny you found that fris. I actually know 'HM2K'. He hangs in one of my music channels on EFnet. If you match up that article to one of the channels in his 'whois' you will get a good laugh.
