What's The Best VOB to wmv Converter?
 

I've downloaded a few vob converters and they all suck. The sounds always off and the quality looks like shit.

I need a a converter that can work correctly. Can someone please point me in the right direction?

encoding is a business at itself, no dvd is the same sometimes.
If you use the seach function on GFY you will find some I am sure

Video Cleaner from Riverpast can convert from vob to wmv and other formats. I use it and recommend it. I've never used it to convert from vob though.
