joined members at free site...ADS on EMAILS???

Hi,
if I have members on my free site that joined to my site...
and I have this on Terms and Conditions link :
AUTHORIZATIONS AND PERMISSION TO SEND EMAILS TO YOU - You hereby authorize and permit notices, advertisements, E-mail and other communications to be sent to You from Company or its authorized agents by means of e-mail, including without limitation e-mails, advertisements, notices and other communications containing adult oriented material, sexual content and language and images of nudity not suitable for minors. Moreover, You agree that Your authorization and permission to Company to send You such materials and communications shall continue to be in effect unless and until You notify Company that You wish to be deleted from Company's email list.

Does that mean , I can send them ads- links to buy porn goods?
I have no idea...:warning

This is a bit odd, you are asking people on gfy to interpret terms & conditions you put on your own site?

If you have a unsubscribe link on it, it shouldn't be a problem.

You wrote the terms and you don't know if you can mail your own members?
