Whats the best CITY you have been too?
 

I have visited many citys (especially in Europe), however my favourite is the one closest to me which is London. That place is just huge and I love the tube and buses and night life.

What is your favourite and why? And post pictures if you feel the need. I am going to try and visit as many cities as possible.

I loved Florida when my company flew me down there couple years ago :)

London. Nothing compares.

Hard to say.

Loved both Las Vegas, and Los Angeles. But right now I would have to say L.A..

I went to Paris, hated it, then went to Brussels, loved it. It was just so kind as a city and nobody tried to bone you in the streets... nice change and just enough big city qualities as well.

I visited Edinburgh during Fringe Festival and totally loved it there. London is bad ass also.

NYC was pretty damn cool, but nothing has made me feel like Vancouver.

Never been outside of Canada. For me I'd say Montreal and Toronto are my favorites.

NYC is the only place that any excuse is good enough for me.

I would say (with personal flavor), Pattaya and Angeles City :) Might change over time

Nothing beats NYC in the spring time. Nothing at all. Period.

South Beach in Miami would be #1 but the rest of the city falls the fuck apart after you cross the Biscayne bridge so I can't even rank it correctly.

London #2.

San Francisco #3.

London, Barcelona, Berlin, Mexico DF and Prague. More or less in that order. I could add Paris but French people is quite obnoxious, so maybe Paris without their inhabitants :p

Have to say I love Bangkok probably the most..

Rio de Janeiro I think I like as well, but have only every been there once and that was for a few weeks.... absolutely beautiful place though.

I'll give Austin a vote as maybe not the best city I've ever been too, but the only major city I wouldn't mind living in. It was likely the cleanest city I've ever visited.

It is a nice place to visit, but I could never live there. It is either 100% humidity or 100% precipitation. It is a good place to go if you want to be wet.

If you love the nightlife in cities in the USA then you need to get out more, seriously

Wow....as well traveled as this group is and *I* am the only one that thinks that Prague is the most beautiful city in the world? I have been told by many people that Budapest ranks right up there with Prague but I have not been fortunate enough to make it to Budapest, yet.

I thought the question was "best" not most beautiful. I would not put NYC as the most beautiful. I haven't been to Prague yet, but have preconceived notions. Don't doubt it is pretty.

I think I am more midwestern than the average midwesterner. Whenever I am in a BIG city (Chicago) I feel like I'm in a shithole and I wonder why anyone would want to live there.
