Are The Companies that host your flash videos for you
Companies that you pay to host just the flv . You upload the video they give you the embed codes and you can customize the player yourself and you pay them a monthly fee. Not free hosting like youtube.

You'll probably end up paying a lot more with those services. For example that primcast site seems pretty cheap at first but if you look at the details of their packages you can see they're limited on the amount of connections. You'll easily pay hundreds per month running a tube site just because of the connections, let alone the bandwidth (which is also really overpriced there if you ask me).
Why not just rent a dedicated server and upload them there? You can upload a flash player and you'll be done for around $100+ a month depending on the BW you burn. |
I think you misunderstand what you are looking at and what your options are. Call me tomorrow so I can talk some sense into you. The Primecast options you're looking at are more expensive than all of the dedicated options you have and I also think that perhaps you have some misunderstanding about how much bandwidth you might actually use.
