pain in upper arm, bicep area
I've been feeling pain in my upper arm, bicep area on my right arm for last couple days.. Seems to me that it's possibly from being at my desk with my arm out on my mouse majority of the day as it annoys me the most when at my desk working.
Anyone else suffer a similar problem or know how to remedy this. This just started happening a few days ago. |
Go have it checked out by a real Dr. Not a GFY quack.:thumbsup

You know we're porn webmasters right? Not doctors. Is this really the first place you go with your health issues?

Switch up which hands you use to fap with.

Yes, and trust me, you want to get rid of the problem before it gets worse. You need to look up the proper way to sit at the desk, arm exercises, and you may need to look into a different type of mouse device. The typical kind which has your hand palm-down rotates your arm at an unnatural angle.
Mine got so bad it was keeping me awake at night. It spread from my shoulder to my upper arm area, then down and across my back to my spine and shoulder blade area, then up my neck. Every day i felt worse. I started seeing a massage therapist and made some changes in the way I work, and it's starting to make a big difference. Ibuprofen (Advil) can help in the mean time as it is a mild anti-inflammatory. |
lock your hands together and stretch your arms up man - that will stretch your biceps

D.O.A. for sure before this weekend

It's probably from continually reaching up to put whiteout on your monitor every time you make a typo.

I got the same problem, try to sit different now

Just too much masturbation probably :)
If it was repetitive strain injury, you would feel it in your wrist. If so, use the other arm/hand to use the mouse..take a week or two to get used to |
Could be tendinitis or something with a nerve.go see the doc
|
Had that a month ago. I tried to work less for a week and went away from alone.

Try making sure you're sitting with good posture.
Back straight up and down, not hunched over. Shoulders relaxed, and backwards. Wrist and arm in one level plane not bent. |

Take a vacation and stop doing the repetitative motion that is causing it. That is if ergonomics are to blame and not something else.

All kidding aside spacedog i've had that happen. try lowering your mouse. thats what I did, and it worked out. I got myself a smaller end-table type thing that sits about 8 inches lower then my desk and butted it up against my desk, right where the mouse would be and I put the mouse on that table. that 8 inches makes a world of difference. I dont have to extend outward to get to the mouse, and my right arm never has to fully extend to use the mouse. Give it a shot and you'll probobly get some relief within a day or two. |
Stretching and have it relax.
|
Go see a doctor before it gets worse!
