I just know it will get delayed.

I am still annoyed with the emergency broadcast system so I have zero hopes that the switch will stop annoying me any time soon.

The delay wasn't really a delay anyways since it gave stations the option of shutting off ANYTIME after Feb 17th anyways.

I heard that DTV will most likely be delayed indefinitely since the government has received lots of complaints from senior citizens who tried out both systems, and insist that Mama's Family is not as funny on Digital as it was on Analog:
