Need cheap illustrator
 

Hi Guys,

I am planning to make a wordpress template that I'll most likely sell copies of and I'd like someone to create an illustration character that can go on the header of my site. I am idealy looking for someone who is good value and of course that allows their purchased illustrations to basically be resold along with the template.
