1. Helps affiliates make more money, no matter if they are big players, or small guys starting up
2. Offers customized banners and ways to make more money specialized for the affiliate's site
3. Friendly and always willing to spend time to talk about business with people and to help out with their issues

LC is great, but I don't remember them ever paying out extra for female signups.

Never past the $300/mo mark with them. Conversions tanked for unknown reasons last year for me...
