of course it's possible and there are many ways to do it. You can simply have a div and make the div content rotate, you can use JW FLV player or the likes and load videos via XML and so on. You can also use the AllVideos plugin for Joomla which you can find at http://www.joomlaworks.gr/content/view/16/42/
