Odd synergy help request "changing name of synergyc in task manager"
 

Hi this may seem like an odd request but I was wondering how to change the process name synergyc.exe as it shows up in task manager to something else like jsdlf.exe or something. Hope someone can help. Seems simple if you know what your doing. Kind of important

dunno where to put the code...never tried it, just googled for it and that came up.

Have you tried renaming the synergyc.exe to jsdlf.exe (or whatever.exe ) and then start the program and see what it looks like in the task manager?

Yah I tried that, didnt work, would in many cases but not this one.
