Lux Interior of the Cramps, Dead?
 

Been hearing some rumors this afternoon that Lux Interior from the Cramps has passed away. Did some searching and all I can find are some unreliable blog posts.

Anyone hear any news about this? Anything substantial other than word on the street?

I would figure if it was true, his Wikipedia entry would probably have been updated by now.

I have a friend who toured with the Cramps a few years back, I think 98 or so. He made some calls out to the West Coast, waiting to hear back.

Saw this posted as well so guessing it must be the real deal. Sad sad day.

My heart and thoughts really go out to Poison Ivy. I can't imagine ho hard this probably is for her. :(

Wow...I didn't even remember the cramps...there's a long time I havent heard about them...

Sad to hear... they put out lots of great music

When I used to sign off on my old columns and radio show, I used the term "Stay Sykk" as a little nod to The Cramps, who in turn got it from Ghoulardi
