US Webmasters 2257

If you operate any TGP, Tube, MGP and or LL, what are you planning to do with the new regs? I think it's total bs but that's another fight.

Are you going to wait for them to come down on a few ppl before you act?

Is there new, new regs or what?
Got a link to them in some PDF or whatever?

I don't think any of this is really new.. when it was announced last year.. everyone just prepared then..

now if you're talking about the instance of possibly putting the info on each and every image.... I don't think that's been clarified yet.

I did what I could reasonably do as an affiliate and now just in a wait and see mode.

Nothing, personally. I seriously doubt they will spend resources to go after TGPs and tubes, etc, when they haven't even made a dent in the primary producer inspections, and really aren't finding widespread violations, with the exception of administrative/clerical errors.

If they come to me to check my little tgps, well, by that time I'll be out of the biz and probably out of the US for good :)

Of course, on a large, illegal tube site, this could always be used to charge them, like charging mafia guys for tax violations instead of murders...
