I personally don't think the 3D glasses will make a come back. If they do it will be for a very short period of time.

I don't understand why that 3d for the superbowl used the old red/blue glasses. I thought it was supposed to be a new technology. The polarized glasses they use in all the theme parks is much better.

3d mainstream movies are here long time, and nobody is watching movies with glasses ... why porn would change that? :) cause of combination with fleshlight?

They did NOT use the old school glasses, actually the glasses used during the superbowl were blue/yellow

It's 'claimed' that these glasses allow people to wear them for longer periods of time without the discomfort the old school ones gave.

They have glasses now that are perfectly clear you can get a setup for your pc. They will do the same for televisions also.

With some of the TriDef monitors that they make you don't even need glasses, the 3d is done in the monitor with angled pixels that have 'depth'.

Right now they are super expensive, but coming down in price.

Currently a few videogames have auto generation of the 3d signal (like left4dead) whether you use the glasses or the 3d monitor.

Tridef porn may actually become the next thing after HD who knows. If so though it means multiple cameras together for the shoot or software interplexing of the image (not as good/true).
