I do not see the government actually succeeding at that ever really, sure they may want to, try to, and hell get people scared. They of course will again fail. Unless they can change the fact that it is protected speech. Hell nearly every single tour, and promo method shows enough to go against what your saying.

What I can see happening is people will play follow along like always. More and more will try their hands at tubes. Most will loose their shorts since even basic accounting is beyond them and they will loose money. Then a law will alter.
