Who ever says change host is a complete idiot! Use their live support or phone them! Their ticket system sucks donkey piss but live support kicks ass!

The weekly webair thread. I feel no sorry for you idiots anymore. Just fucking leave them already. I never seen any webhosting company getting so many negative threads on a board ever. And every time they reply with some bs excuses. You're simply a moron if you host with them. I wouldn't host with them if they gave me free bw.

i did call them earlier today ...the girl i talked to didnt seem to have a clue .. that didnt solve my problem either

We had a problem 2 night ago, my wife went on live chat and it was fixed right there and then. The guy was very helpful.

I am surprised to see so many bashing Webair. Out of all of the companies I have been with over the years they are one of the two which I have never had any issues or downtime with. Whenever I need something installed on the server I simply hit live support and always get an instant response.
