Try calling them. It's amazing how much you can get done faster by picking up a telephone.

Who ever says change host is a complete idiot! Use their live support or phone them! Their ticket system sucks donkey piss but live support kicks ass!

And every time they reply with some bs excuses. You're simply a moron if you host with them. I wouldn't host with them if they gave me free bw.

yeah, because every single person in the world should be using a dedicated server for their 1gb a month bandwidth site that uses 20mb of disk space

I have 170 domains across 17 hosts, you are saying I need a dedicated server at every single host I am with or I don't deserve good service?

We had a problem 2 night ago, my wife went on live chat and it was fixed right there and then. The guy was very helpful.

I am surprised to see so many bashing Webair. Out of all of the companies I have been with over the years they are one of the two which I have never had any issues or downtime with. Whenever I need something installed on the server I simply hit live support and always get an instant response.
