Mansion Productions has award winning programmers available who can work your projects for you with in reasonable deadlines. I know this doesn't sound like what you're looking for, because you're seeking a temp to perm sort of thing, but I wanted to offer an alternative to get your projects moving, in case you didn't find what you were looking for. We have years of experience pleasing our contracted customers and references available upon request.

Hit me up if this solution could work for you. :thumbsup
