Apex 1100W 1Mb Version with Crack.
I have one and it plays anything. No region encoding, no macrovision, plays ANY burnt CD (and I mean *anything* - I've yet to find a media it won't play a VCD on). All for the princely sum of $60 brand new and 10 minutes with a cd burner. |
TV's create an image by interlacing 2 fields. First field is the odd lines 1-525 and the 2nd field is the even lines 2-524. So what you end up with is half the video being displayed every 60th of a second. Progressive scan elimates the interlacing and reads the full 60 fields per second. You end up with no flicker, less artifacts, and the scan lines are way less visible.
Bottom line you end up with a picture twice as nice. |
You could post some off the wall, insulting, hate filled thread and win a dvd player. :glugglug

id rather spend the 150 bux and enjoy the damn thing :thumbsup |
just pick up a consumer reports mag and read that or go to their site.... that is the only thing that you need instead of recomendation. that way you decide for yourself on nonbiased opinions of brands.:thumbsup

I've got a Panasonic progressive scan DVD. Works fantastic, picture is perfect, and they load their models up with features at good price points.
