Yes it has. I didnt use the old vbul ignore because you still saw the ignored persons quotes and shit, without seeing a single post or thread by some people, honestly, it can save a lot of time - its like they dont even exist.

Don't know why it's not working, i get all emails fine, i use the addy to submit and all emails come thruw fine.

EDIT: got it now, i think it was just delayed a little.

ah well you typed webmaster in that time by accident when you filled out my form? no worries, it happens, I have a few emails too, confusing sometimes but necessary... My form just sends me the email you put in, so my apologies however, the form was using webmaster @
