5th Annual Phoenix Forum Charity Golf Tournament April 1st, 2009 Ocotillo Golf Resort www.ocotillogolf.com A Troon Resort Mesa, Arizona To Benefit ASACP, Free Speech Coalition & Webmaster Toy Run 2009 We will be putting up the sign up sheet next week, email me for information regarding the tournament and or sponsorships. The day will include the following: ? Round of Golf for (4) at the famous Ocotillo Golf Resort ? Range balls, golf cart, bag tag, amazing goodie bag from the sponsors ? Registration continental breakfast ? Lunch on course including drink tickets ? Phoenix Forum Mixer and awards dinner to immediately follow the tournament ? Contests include team (foursome) best ball shotgun tournament, 2 longest drive, straightest drive, $50,000 Hole in One Contest, 3 closest to the pin holes & putting contest ? Massage Hole & Bloody Mary Bar Hole ? Contest winners include money and prizes as well as tickets for raffle. ? Transportation to and from the golf course (provided by CCBill of course) We will do single sign ups as well but put your foursome together to ensure your team!!
