I am fucking pissed, the wife has been asking me about when we are going to buy something and move out of the Bronx. I tell her lets wait until we are in a better financial position to purchase a home. I go through all the expenses and tell her the taxes is what will hurt us in the areas we want to live. And now you have all these people that really could not afford to own a home...and might get assistance from the federal government. Now what happens 5 years from now when I own a home, if I have problems...will the government help me. Is this a one shot deal?

If your a broke mofo you should have never received a loan in the first place...and should have stayed in the housing projects. It is stupid people and the greed of the banks that got us into this mess.:mad:
